Aditya College of Allied Health Sciences successfully conducted a Faculty Development Programme on Contemporary Pedagogy and Emerging Trends in Allied Health Sciences Education, bringing together faculty members and final-year Allied Health Sciences students for a meaningful academic and professional learning experience.
Aligned with the evolving RGUHS and NCAHP frameworks, the programme focused on empowering educators and learners through competency-based education, learner-centred pedagogy, innovative teaching-learning strategies, simulation-based education, experiential learning and contemporary assessment practices.
The sessions encouraged faculty to reimagine traditional approaches to education and embrace innovative, evidence-informed and outcome-oriented methods that inspire curiosity, critical thinking, clinical competence and lifelong learning. For our final-year students, the programme provided an opportunity to understand the evolving expectations of the healthcare profession and prepare themselves to become confident, competent and future-ready healthcare professionals.
The programme reinforced our belief that empowered educators create empowered learners. By investing in continuous faculty development and fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration and excellence, the institution remains committed to shaping the next generation of healthcare professionals who can lead with knowledge, competence, compassion and integrity.
We express our heartfelt gratitude to our Honourable Chairman for his continued support, encouragement and visionary leadership. His unwavering commitment to academic excellence and professional development continues to inspire us to raise the standards of education and create meaningful opportunities for the growth of both our faculty and students.
Together, we continue to build an institution where learning inspires, educators empower and future healthcare leaders emerge.
